The Salon for a Speculative Future is a platform for cross-generational and cross-disciplinary exchange. Monika Oechsler & Sharon Kivland invited 75 artists to respond to well-known and unsung creative heroines, creating a new piece of work that could be situated across two pages in a book. The result is an echo of responses that take shape and form new narratives.
Mutability pays homage to Helen Chadwick, an artist who has been a constant (and persistent) influence in my creative practice.
